Lane Change

Staff who are intending to make a lane change
should follow the steps outlined below.
 (Please refer to the teacher's contract for further clarification)

Step 1: A Letter of Intent Form must be submitted the fiscal year prior to your lane change. Currently, all Letters of Intent for an FY21 lane change were due in Central Office by FEBRUARY 15, 2020.

Once you have submitted your Letter of Intent:

Step 2:
 A Salary Placement Form (see link below) AND Original/Official Transcripts supporting the 15 credits listed on your form, must be submitted by the following dates:

For a September Lane Change:  August 15th 

For March Lane Change: February 15th 


FY21 Lane Change deadline dates


August 15, 2020
September 2020 Lane Change (FY21): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND Original Transcripts supporting the list on the form are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 8/15/20. Due to building closure, please mail your paperwork or leave your sealed envelope marked "School Dept - Attn: Dyana Bogdan" in the white drop box located in front of Town Hall on the corner of Park Row and South Main Street.

March 2021 Lane Change (FY21): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND Original Transcripts supporting the list on the form are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/21.
