
Lane Change
(Please refer to the teacher's contract for further clarification)
1. A Letter of Intent Form must be submitted the fiscal year prior to your lane change. Currently, a Letter of Intent for an FY22 lane change is due in Central Office by FEBRUARY 15, 2021. (for either a Sept 2021 OR March 2022 lane change)
Once you have submitted your Letter of Intent:
2. A Salary Placement Form (see link below) AND your Official (original) transcripts supporting the 15 credits listed on your form must be submitted by the following date:
For a September Lane Change: August 15th
For March Lane Change: February 15th
FY21 Lane Change deadline dates:
February 15, 2021
March 2021 Lane Change (FY21): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND the Official/Original* Transcripts supporting these courses are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/21.
*Official Transcripts are either the Original/Official transcript from the institution or the electronic official transcript sent directly from the institution to dyana.bogdan@mansfieldschools.com. No copies can be accepted for a lane change.
FY22 Lane Change deadline dates:
February 15, 2021
A Letter of Intent to change lanes in FY22 (either in Sept 2021 or March 2022) is due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/21.
August 15, 2021
September 2021 Lane Change (FY22): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND Original Transcripts supporting the list on the form are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 8/15/21.
