Public Records Requests

In accordance with "An Act to Improve Public Records," Chapter 121 of the Acts of 2016, Mansfield Public Schools has provided the following information in compliance with the new act effective January 1, 2017:
 
Before submitting a request: 

1) If you are requesting a copy of your student transcript. please use the following link which will provide you instructions on how to obtain your transcript:   Transcript Request Form

2) Take a look through our website where many documents are available.  Under the District page and each school page, please look for  Documents, Plans and Forms 

3) Review prior requests to see if the information has already been produced: Prior Public Records Requests
